Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error caused by us.

Custom Products

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made specifically for your order.

Please double-check all custom text, names, dates, sizes, colors, and shipping details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photos of the packaging, if available
- A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because custom items may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after production has started.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items with customer-approved custom text or design
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
